Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Matthew talked me through an IT issue I was having patiently and professionally and all was corrected within just a few minutes. I am a total technophobe so was worried I wouldn't understand what I was being told, I was totally wrong. Clear, precise and in terms even I understood. Would definately use this company again. Since 39d changed our phones over our experience has been a lot better, easier access to the phone book from my pc as well as the phone. Easy to store numbers in a click. Pick up and transfer are much easier too.the whole service is a lot better than it was before. Not forgetting the staff are helpful and efficient and polite at all times ????

Having a major breakdown on sending and receiving emails. Which is a clearly a problem when running your own business. Also with numerous issues with my IT, I finally decided to try 39d. I was a little apprehensive - I had paid two different companies to try and rectify my problems. Within a morning my emails and IT had been resolved I have now signed up to D39. I can�t tell you how relieved to know that should I have a problem I just have to call D39 and they are there at the end of the phone. Matthew explains in terms I can understand. Highly recommended.
